Web100% a blueiris problem. Camera works, rtsp stream in vlc works. In blueiris if you enter a wrong stream it will say no stream. If you enter the right stream it will say no signal. Obviously it can tell it connected to the correct stream, it just won't read it. only fix is to kill the blueiris process so it restarts. My cameras don't have snapshot capability either and I spent ages with ffmpeg tweaking the parameters to get good snapshots from the RTSP stream. Never 100% successful even when set to use TCP.

There is a glitch with the Wyze RTSP firmware and if Audio is enabled, it really plays with your Blue Iris setup.
