Web10 jan. 2024 · The Application Pool can be started with tis setting set to true but when someone browse the web site related to this application pool the APP pool changes state to stopped. (This issue is solved if change Load User profile to False, but we need it to be "True"). When this happens I see some events in the eventlog: Web7 aug. 2015 · (As long as you're using IIS 7.0+) You need to set the loadUserProfile setting for the Application Pool Identity to true. The Application Pool Identity will now have a user profile under \Users\ [Application Pool Name]. You can then edit this profile to have custom environment variables, etc.

WebIn IIS under Application Pools, I need to set one of the advanced settings. The setting is called "Process Model" and the setting inside that is "Load User Profile" I need this switching to true.
